1. Study Case
Case 2:Ana Maria, Florencia, Carmen and Monica enjoy chatting on their
cellphones during class or frequently carry on their own conversation, which,
at times, annoys others. How would you handle this situation?
Answer: First I will talk with them, and I will explain them that they can´t use
their cellphone because of the rules of the classroom and the school. If they
keep using it, I take their phones and I tell them that I will give them back
when the class ends.
If they keep talking even without their cellphone I talk with them and I tell
them that please stay quiet because their classmates are trying to pay attention
but their conversation distract them. I warned them twice, but if they continue
talking then I talk with them individually and then I call their parents to talk
about it.
