- 2. Introducion Es el procedimiento aplicado en consulta para determinar si el paciente padece algún problema de salud. Este procedimiento es conocido también con el nombre de "examen físico“. Consiste en primer lugar con una entrevista al paciente seguido de una exploración física, aquí se evalúa las constantes vitales, como fiebre, tensión, pulso, frecuencia respiratoria y frecuencia cardíaca, entre otros.
