I have a number of years of experience in system administration. In the past few years I have been advancing my development skills, and taking on web development projects. I enjoy working on the development of middleware, the controls and logic, of a project. Because of this and my experience in sysadmin, I wish to work in a more devops type culture. Also, I would thrive in this environment because of my passion for this type of work, . In my spare time, I enjoy security research; and participating in user-groups, hacker-spaces, and conferences whenever I have the opportunity. I am also a proponent of open source development.
