Carol Rothwell is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience working within the NHS. Carol is regularly called on to work with Executive and Non-Executive Directors, both individually and in team settings. She has worked with a number of NHS Trusts, such as Liverpool Community Health, Haywood, Middleton and Rochdale PCT, Blackburn with Darwen PCT, and Wirral PCT. Our work with Wirral PCT involved a diverse programme of activities aimed at supporting staff through the recent transition to help them map out a positive future for themselves. She has also undertaken Board and Executive Team development in the Acute sector, Mental Health, and with North West Speci.
