Unbuild a product is a reverse process of manufacturing. Unbuild orders support you in two ways: 1. You can unbuild products you have built yourself. if one of your product present some defect, you might want to unbuild it instead of scrapping it completely, allowing you to reuse some components of the product. 2. You can unbuild products you have received. if you are buying products for the sole purpose of unbuilding them and recycling them.

2. INTRODUCTION
❖ Unbuild a product is a reverse process of manufacturing.
❖ Unbuild orders support you in two ways:
➢ You can unbuild products you have built yourself.
if one of your product present some defect, you might want to unbuild it instead of
scrapping it completely, allowing you to reuse some components of the product.
➢ You can unbuild products you have received.
if you are buying products for the sole purpose of unbuilding them and recycling
them.

3. ❖ Go to Manufacturing-> Operations-> Unbulid Orders

4. ❖ Unbuild order for a manufactured product.

5. ❖ Provide the Manufacturing order, Product, Bill of Material, Source location, Destination
Location, etc.

6. ❖ Then ‘UNBUILD’

7. ❖ Click on Product Moves

8. ❖ Here we can check the movement of the product, Wood Panel has been moved from
WH/Stock to Virtual locations/Production and the components have been moved from
Production to Stock.

9. ❖ Unbuild order for a Purchased product.

10. ❖ Fill up the form and ‘UNBUILD’

11. ❖ Click on Product Moves

12. ❖ Here we can check the movement of the product.
