2. INTRODUCTION
 The calendar module is used for scheduling and managing appointments of the user.
 Appointment can be scheduled with time, duration, tags and location, etc.
 Daily, weekly and monthly analysis of our appointments can get from the calendar module.
 Default filtrations like My meetings, Online appointments, and custom filtrations are
available in this module. Mail reminder system also available.

3.  Goto to your calendar module -> We will get Daily, weekly and monthly wise details from
calendar module,also we can set responsible persons and can choose attendees

4.  From online appointment > create , we can create appointment and provide all the related
details. we can set reminders, duration, scheduling time and also we can provide available
employees names

5.  Now let’s see how the values changes while creating a quotation/sale order,note RFQ count
before confirming the sale order

6.  Under Reporting > Online Appointment , We Will get the report for online appointment

7.  From reporting > All Appointments , We Will be able to get summarized details regarding
appointment
