2. INTRODUCTION
❖ Every seller must declare all formal information concerning products and company policy.
❖ On the other hand, each customer must take note of all these conditions before committing
to anything.
❖ With Odoo Sales, it is very easy to include your default terms and conditions on every
quotation, sales order, and invoice that you manage.
❖ Specifying terms and conditions is essential to set out important contractual points such as
payment terms, limitation of liability, and delivery terms between customers and sellers.

3. ❖ Firstly, Goto Accounting module > Configuration > Settings

4. ❖ Enable the option Default Terms & Conditions .And here we will get two options
● Add a Note - We can add our terms and conditions as text format.
● Add a link to a Web Page - Can provide the link to the terms and conditions.
❖ Choose from the options according to our need > SAVE CHANGES

5. ❖ After that Goto Sales Module.Create quotation by clicking CREATE button.

6. ❖ At the bottom of the quotation,we can see our newly added default terms and conditions.

7. ❖ And also we can add our terms and conditions as text after the default terms and
conditions for that quotation.

8. ❖ Here ,Created a sale order
by confirming the quotation
. Now create invoice by
CREATE INVOICE

9. ❖ We can also view this terms and conditions from created invoice for the sale order.

10. ❖ As per our business need we can add our terms and conditions to the quotation
template.So Goto Sales > Configuration > Quotation Template

11. ❖ Add your terms and conditions to the quotation template.

12. ❖ Under the Confirmation tab we can add your confirmation mail, click on the open
icon.

mail template then
SAVE your
changes.

conditions file will
be send with all
the mails from
this quotation
template.

14. ❖ After SAVE the changes in quotation template CREATE quotation with quotation template.

15. ❖ Select your quotation template and click on SEND BY MAIL button.

the mail with the
attachments
including terms
and conditions
.Then SEND the
mail.
❖ You can also add
more attachment
by clicking on
ATTACH A FILE
option.

website
