- We follow Scrum. We follow product back log, sprit backlog, Daily Scrum, Retrospective but most of them as ritual or as comfortable to us.
- TDD and CI is good, but how do we do it is most important. While the goal of TDD is to provide a clear safety net to identify the risks and bottlenecks, I have come across scenarios many times where it becomes important for people to ensure the test passes some how, instead of understanding why the failure was.
- I have seen many teams where they are very happy with having a kind of TAT they are having. I don’t hear talks about how do we reduce the TAT.
- Agile is practiced as a ritual, but the main essence “Value Stream” is discounted.
- Agile is more about bringing the change. And as humans we are always resistive to change.
- The least thing you would like to do in the end is lie to yourself.
