  • 2. How did we make it happen? - New role - Comms Manager (10 hpw) - Collaboration - Online Tools e.g. Canva, Google Suite - Making the most of events e.g. video create with training participants - Drawing on the assets of our organisation - Current passionate volunteers voices! - Some budget!
  • 3. What Did We Create? - New systems - New content - New audiences
  • 4. What Did We Achieve? - 79% increase in new volunteer enquiries via website - 27,000 reach with facebook video & 22 enquiries - Some sector and local press coverage - ROI: campaign paid for itself in short term
  • 5. What Did We Learn? - Staff time is valuable - Collaboration is important - Especially creating resources - Can play with our brand - Longer running campaigns with multiple phases - All informing next campaign
