Anglican Diocese of Tarime, September, 2013 – September, 2014
Development Director
 Enabled the Diocese of Tarime to mobilise internal and external resources for mission
and development projects through fundraising I organized
 Coordinated the development activities in the Diocese of Tarime so that all activities
were geared towards achieving mid-term and long term mission and development
priorities of the Diocese
 Supervised and supported development staff in the Diocese to implement projects
with high level of competency, professionalism, accountability and transparency
 Designed a new system of field and financial monitoring for all development projects
 Supervised, monitored and evaluated all Diocesan programs and projects in the
Diocese where they then produced desirable results and impact
 Organised and coordinated development seminars, workshops and conferences that
enhanced the capacity of communities, as well as staff, pastors, church elders which
enabled them implement relevant aspects of the Diocesan mission and development
priorities
 Developed a business plan for income generating projects which was not in place
 Provided programs consultancy to the Catholic Diocese of Musoma and The United

 Facilitated establishment of the diocesan five year strategic plan
 Established a new and modern rehabilitation centre for people with disabilities which
is exceptional along the Lake Zone regions
 Designed a new and unique project on Disability and HIV/AIDS under a special

 Mobilised resources like a vehicle, 3 motorbikes, 8 bicycles, 3 computers and their
accessories for the program resulted from developing productive project proposals
 Connected development programs with other partners at local and international level

 Worked successfully as ARCS – Arci Cultura e Sviluppo (Italy) focal person in
Tanzania for her health projects implemented in Musoma and Bunda districts from
2005 – 2010

 Initiated an idea of developing organization financial manual which was fruitful
