I highly recommend Chelsea Theno as a candidate for employment. Chelsea was employed by
the University of Kansas Endowment Association as a Student Development Associate from
January 21st, 2011 through December 16th, 2011. Chelsea was responsible for developing
rapport and relationships with alumni, obtaining and updating demographic information,
informing and teaching alumni about campus activities, and soliciting gifts for the university.
While working at the KU Endowment Association Chelsea consistently ranked among the top
25% of student callers. She raised $22,000 while successfully building positive relationships
with alumni. She also is consistently ranked as a top 5 caller for overall pledge rates and a top 10
caller for number of overall contacts.
Chelsea has excellent communication skills. In addition, she is extremely reliable, personable,
and organized. Chelsea is great at working independently or in groups and is able to ensure that
a job gets done. She is a very active participant in other areas of the company outside of her
normal duties. She is flexible and willing to work on any project and with any individual. She
comes to work every day with a smile and is ready to complete her tasks.
