As a Social Media Coach I train Hootsuite users to get the best out of the Hootsuite platform. During my training sessions I also help them understand how to define their social media strategy. My role includes: - Acting as a dedicated resource for Hootsuite customers to drive their social media education and Free/Pro product adoption. - Owner of Italian Pro webinar program: designing and delivering weekly webinars focusing on broad social media education and Hootsuite specific training.
