on all things IT related, and has extensive experience of resolving hardware, software and

Internship (2 months)– January 18 – March 18 2016
Company’s Name: Cameroon Telecommunication Bamenda (CAMTEL)
Assist the staff in any job that entails setting up, maintenance and troubleshooting or
computer networks (LAN and WANs).
Duties;
 Work on maintenance hardware components swapping when after troubleshooting, it is
confirmed that a faulty or bad component is the source of the problem. I use to swap
components like RAM, HDD, and CD ROM etc...
 Outstation jobs Installation and configuration of ADSL routers at the customer premises.
I configured services like DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), Broadcast of the
SSID (Service Set Identification), authentication and security.

 Work on Router and switches I did quite a remarkable work on routers but it was
mostly on ADSL routers used to provide DSL lines to customers. I also worked with
other types of routers like the Linksys and D- link. They have a Web based GUI
interface used for configurations.
