Experienced Lean Six Sigma Deployment practitioner. Skilled in using the tools I have learned in Six Sigma Black Belt Training and numerous Lean Projects in various environments. I enjoy teaching others how to make decisions based on data, seeing waste and banishing it in the value stream, how to truly determine root cause when understanding issues, and tying action to specific root cause. I work by the motto "Progress over Perfection" because I believe that too many people fail to achieve their full potential because of inaction.
