Sr. Executive Assistant – Assistant to the Vice President, Advanced Concepts and
Technology and the Vice President, Technology Innovation and Strategic Pursuits.
Responsible for onboarding support and assimilation into their new roles as executives
and perceived as the organizations stabilizing factor during management changes and
business reorganizations. Responsible for personal calendars of both executives.
Scheduling and coordination of reporting requirements, operational reviews, staff
meetings and customer interface for their respective organizations. Extensive
international and domestic travel planning and expense reporting. Phone and email
screening for actionable items. Review and approval of staff expense reporting on the
executives behalf. Preparation and maintenance of required security clearance
