2. How Do We Promote a Cleared Job Fair?
Building a brand takes a lot of hard work. Reinforcing a strong
message in a niche community is even harder. We believe in strong
community marketing to help our Cleared Facilities employers reach
the right candidates in the security cleared community.
To do this we deploy several social, online and offline media channels
to support Cleared Job Fair customer visibility for each Cleared Job Fair:
• Banner ads on Washington Post online Jobs section
• Newspaper ads in military base papers and local community
papers across the DC metro area south to Norfolk, VA
• Job Seeker Handbook distributed to all security cleared job seeker
event attendees
• Job Seeker Handbook posted on SlideShare three days prior to the
event, averaging nearly 2,000 views, as well as on ClearedJobs.Net
Facebook pages
• Targeted communication sent to our cleared job seeker community
email database of over 100,000 opt-in recipients
• Tweets sent across all ClearedJobs.Net channels to approximately
5,000 Twitter followers
• Facebook posts made in key groups and on ClearedJobs.Net pages
• Posts to over 100 LinkedIn groups; LinkedIn ads average
