"DiversITy matters" by Juliette Reinders Folmer, Wouter Groenewold. In every industry where the work-force has shifted from severely limited diversity to a divers work-force, you'll find that both productivity as well as profitability has increased. Taking into account the enormous shortage of IT professionals world-wide and the distinct lack of diversity in the IT work-force, the time has come to accelerate this much-needed shift in the IT industry. We all are in an unique position to contribute to this change. In this talk we'll take a look at what each of us can do today ànd tomorrow to help us move towards a healthier and more economically sane industry.
