Cole E. Judge, a Master in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Transportation in Land Use from the University of New Orleans, has a broad spectrum of planning knowledge and a toolkit of best practices after spending time in New Orleans, Denver and Fresno. Cole recently completed a 2-year fellowship as a White House Strong Cities, Strong Communities Fellow for the Downtown Fresno Partnership in Fresno, California.
