Council in May of 2016
• Included a utility feasibility study conducted by the City
• Only feasible route for Water line nicks Lick Creek Park property
• Impacts the new Hike & Bike Trail at the end of Pebble Creek Parkway
• The water line route requires Council approval to divert Park land
