This document summarizes the agenda and instructions for a university tutorial on resume peer review. Students were divided into groups of 5 and instructed to exchange resume drafts without technology. The TA then provided feedback and students reviewed each other's resumes based on a rubric addressing formatting, sections, and achievement-based experiences. Students were asked to identify peers with applications that stood out and areas for improvement, and to nominate who they would interview. Action items included deadlines to submit final resumes and cover letters and attend a networking event.
