This document provides a recipe for a Black Forest mug cake that can be easily prepared in the microwave. The ingredients include egg, whipped cream, sugar, cherries, brandy or rum, sour cream, oil, flour, vanilla extract, chocolate, and cocoa powder. The recipe instructs to warm the cherries and brandy in a mug, then whisk the remaining wet ingredients together in another mug. The dry ingredients are then mixed in until smooth before folding in the cherries. The batter is divided between two mugs and microwaved for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes until risen and firm. Each cake is topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate to serve.

2. Ingredients
1 large egg
½ cup of sweetened Whipped Cream
¼ cup of granulated sugar
¼ cup of chopped cherries (canned or fresh)
2 tablespoons of brandy or rum
3 tablespoons of sour cream
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
¼ cup of self-rising flour
¼ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of shaved chocolate
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt

3. Take a large mug, mix the brandy and cherries in it.

4. Warm the mixture in microwave open for
20 seconds and then set aside.

5. Take another mug, whisk oil and egg together with the
help of a fork in it. Stir in the vanilla, sugar and sour cream.
Add flour, salt and cocoa. Mix well until smooth.

6. Fold in the kirsch & cherries.

7. Take 2 mugs and divide the batters separately

8. Bake the mixture in microwave oven separately for 1½ _
2½ minutes until risen & firm.

9. Cover each cake with a mound of sweetened whipped
cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate as well.

10. Serve Black Forest Mug Cake to your sweetheart with
a bunch of red roses.
