reproductive system. We have them when we
are born.
• Secondary sexual characteristics are the
external characteristics .During the time of
puberty in the ages of 11 to 15 the
reproductive system matures
• Changes specific . Boy get deeper voices
• Girls develop breast and their hips get wider

• The process of giving birth is labour .it has 3
phases
Dilation
Expulsion
Afterbirth
7. Fertilisation
Occurs when an ovum and a sperm join inside
the Fallopian tubes and they create a single
cell called a zygote.The zygote goes down the
Fallopian tubes and it becomes an
embryo, when it is implanted in the wall of
the uterus
PREGNANCY lasts about 9 months and ends in a
birth.Different structures are created to
protect the embryo: placenta , umbilical
cord, amniotic sac.
