10. Conclusions
 A well defined project management plan is mandatory for this
project because of his different parts, tasks and resources
 The plan should offer an entirely overview of all stages and
activities, but also the main risks of the project
 Microsoft Project is a very good solution in this direction,
because it offers a good overview and the interaction in a time
frame between resources and tasks of this project. Also the
main threats of the project can be observed and solved in time.
