4. INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, mix the cheese with the cornstarch and set
aside. Rub the inside of the ceramic fondue pot with the
garlic, then discard.
Over medium heat, add the wine and lemon juice and bring
to a simmer. Gradually add the cheese in the boiling liquid.
Melt the cheese fondue makes it smooth. Once softened,
add the cherry brandy, mustard and nutmeg
