What Is Meditation?
Meditation is the practice of purposefully focusing your mind and body to achieve
a state of relaxation. Through techniques such as breathing exercises, chanting,
physical activity or some combination of them, practitioners of meditation hope
to achieve a clearer state of mind and ward off the effects of physical and mental
stress. In one form or another, meditation is a component of most major religions,

technique involves extreme concentration on a single

Movement meditation:
The most popular form of movement meditation is yoga.
This practice focuses on precise positioning of the body to
