JB makes a separate request per each contact (consider performance and API limits)
Consider using databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) for a bulk approach
No out-of-the-box support for AMPscript or SSJS
Personalization strings are not supported either, but Data Binding is!
CA endpoints must be available via the public internet (consider whitelisting MCE IP addresses)
Data coming from JB can only be JWT encoded
Always seriously assess the security aspects of your CAs
