17. ADDITIONAL SURVEY REPORT INSIGHTS
• 73% said they feel ”very” or “extremely” prepared to address regulatory
compliance in 2019
• 54% of organizations still rely on the annual review to assess employee
performance – but those with more frequent appraisals reported better
talent management results
• 86% of organizations have employees that work in multiple cost centers
• 70% say they experience information silos between departments

slightly and their workforce management budget to
increase slightly in 2019.
