12. THE GLOVE AND THE LIONS
By Leigh Hunt 1784 - 1859
King Francis was a hearty king, and loved a royal sport,
And one day, as his lions fought, sat looking on the court;
The nobles fill'd the benches, and the ladies in their pride,
And 'mongst them sat the Count de Lorge, with one for whom he sigh'd:
And truly 'twas a gallant thing to see that crowning show,
Valour and love, and a king above, and the royal beasts below.
Ramp'd and roar'd the lions, with horrid laughing jaws;
They bit, they glared, gave blows like beams, a wind went with their paws;
With wallowing might and stifled roar they roll'd on one another,
Till all the pit with sand and mane was in a thunderous smother;
The bloody foam above the bars came whisking through the air;
Said Francis then, "Faith, gentlemen, we're better here than there."
De Lorge's love o'erheard the king, a beauteous lively dame
With smiling lips and sharp bright eyes, which always seem'd the same;
She thought, the count my lover is brave as brave can be;
He surely would do wondrous things to show his love of me;
King, ladies, lovers, all look on; the occasion is divine;
I'll drop my glove to prove his love; great glory shall be mine.

She dropp'd her glove to prove his love, then look'd at him and smiled;
He bow'd and in a moment leap'd among the lions wild:
The leap was quick, return was quick, he has regain'd the place,
Then threw the glove, but not with love, right in the lady's face.
"By God ! " Said Francis, "rightly done ! " And he rose from where he sat;
"No love," quoth he, "but vanity, sets love a task like that."
13. Courtiers and ladies are whiling away time in the rooms and
galleries of the Royal Palace. From an elevated gallery they
can see a cage with four ferocious African lions.
Doña Ana lets her glove fall into the cage in order to test
the gallantry of the courtiers.
The Count of León walks into the cage, rescues the glove, and
before giving it back to Doña Ana he slaps her across the face,
saying, 'Take this, and henceforward do not, for a mere glove,
stake el honor of so many well-born men.
If there is any one who does not approve of what I have done, let
him come forward to the field of el honor to uphold his opinion
according to the laws of chivalry.'

14. LADY OF CARLISLE
Traditional USA Folk Song
Down in Carlisle there lived a lady And when she did recover,
Being most beautiful and gay, Threw her fan down in the lions' den
She was determined to live a lady, Saying, "Which of you to gain a lady
No man on earth could her betray. Will return her fan again?"
Unless it were a man of honor Then up spoke the brave lieutenant,
A man of honor and high degree, Raised his voice both loud and clear,
And then approached two loving soldiers, Saying "You know I am a dear lover of women,
This fair lady for to see. But I'll not give my life for love."
One being a brave lieutenant Then up spoke this brave sea captain.
A brave lieutenant and a man of war He raised his voice both loud and high,
The other being a brave sea captain, Saying "You know I am a dear lover of women
Captain of the ship that come from far. I will return her fan or die."
Then up spoke this fair young lady, Down in the lions' den, he boldly entered,
Saying "I can't be but one man's bride, The lions being both wild and fierce,
But if you'll come back tomorrow morning, He marched around and in among them,
On this case we will decide." Safely returned her fan again.
She ordered her a span of horses And when she saw her true lover coming.
A span of horses at her command; Seeing no harm had been done to him,
And down the road these three did travel She threw herself against his bosom,
Till they come to the lions' den. Saying, "Here is the prize that you have won.“
There she stopped and there she halted
These two soldiers stood gazing round;
And for the space of half an hour
This young lady lies speechless on the
ground.
Saying, "Here is the prize that you have won."

Similar concerns in spain would be a protest to the government or in France a riot!
How can we adapt the reality to a plan previously conceived
Is not a reality, is not an idea, is not something subjective… is a desire. Is what all us want!
Individual and inside is not related with reality, is not even an idea, is more like a feeling, deep feeling. Feeling coming from the soul.
The Autostadt is a visitor attraction adjacent to the Volkswagen factory in Wolfsburg, Germany, with a prime focus on automobiles. It features a museum, feature pavilions for the principal automobile brands in the Volkswagen Group, a customer centre where customers can pick up new cars, and take a tour through the enormous factory, a guide to the evolution of roads, and cinema in a large sphere. It is also home to the largest glass doors in the world and the longest printed line. The line starts from outside Wolfsburg and travels through Autostadt to a point on a farm. It is about 4 miles (6.4 km) long.

The English poem shows in the faculty of judgement: Vanity of the Dame; The Spanish poem shows the individual value of EL HONOR. You have hurt my Honor. Everything is personal!!!
