From the metrics for the two emails, which had a
better open rate? Why do you think so?
From 1st mail , total delivered mail is 40. And total open mail is 28
So the open rate of 1st mail is 70%
Where as in my 2nd mail , total delivered mail is 11 . And tortal
open mail is 4.
So the open rate of 2nd mail is 36.4%
So according to the analysis , I findout that 1st email has better
open rate , than 2nd email .
14. Which of the two emails should you optimise? Justify
your answer.
Campaign Analysis
According to my email open rate of the both mail , 2nd email open
rate is less , that is 36.6%.
So i have to optimise my 2nd email .
Optimise option:
• Subject line
• Email body of content
• The email graphic should be good
• THe subscription rate is less , so need to increse subscription
rate
