ANDRÉ TOMÁS PARREIRA
André T. Parreira is a creative serial entrepreneur, leading the drive to
Web 3.0 with the world’s fastest real-time pub/sub cloud messaging
system. Parreira has been a major web technology entrepreneur since
1997, providing e-commerce solutions for more than 700 clients and large
brands.
Parreira launched the global Realtime brand in 2010 realizing the
game-changing possibilities of patented, persistent bi-directional
connection technology for personalised content delivery, advertising,
marketing, live collaboration, and e-commerce.
In 2011, he launched WebSpectator, the first real-time ad exchange
network that lets web publishers and advertisers buy guaranteed expose
time with their audiences. WebSpectator is the world’s first and only
realtime web advertising solution to measure the actual time spent
viewing ads or videos. This enables web publishers to earn up to four
