12.2005 - Global Operations Director, Indra Navia
Indra Navia sets the standard for lifetime value in communication, navigation and tower solutions for the world’s leading
airports and air navigation service providers. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Indra Sistemas, Indra Navia are able to offer
customers a complete, customized portfolio of integrated air traffic management and airport solutions. Before acquired by
Indra Sistemas in 2012, Indra Navia was a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman and was named Park Air Systems
and Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems.
Director Communication, 01.2015 – 06.2016
As Director Communications, I was member of the executive management team and responsible for thetransfer of the
responsibility of the Communication product area from Norway to INDRA Sistemas in Madrid.
Major achievements:
The product area was successfully transferred according to plan by the end of 2015
A lean effective services organisation was established in Indra Navia Oslo to support delivered projects
Director Operations, 05.2008 – 04.2009 and 07.2010 – 12.2014
As Director Operations, I was responsiblefor all deliveries of products and services from theCompany, with a yearly value
of around 500 MNok. With a staff of 100+ colleagues, systems operatingin more than 170 countries were supported and
projects were run in 60 to 70 countries every year. This probably make Indra Navia the most international IT Company in
Norway. Operations within Indra Navia covered the following disciplines: Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing,
Production, Installation, Logistics and Services.
Major achievements:
After being the driving force behind therestructuring of thecompany to a functional based organization in 2008, I
successfully merged thetree product division’s operations activities during 2009
Established and maintained procedures and resources to meet demanding customer requirements
Increased the productivity in theproduction with 60% using LEAN techniques
Substantial contribution to turning the company from loss making to double digit results
Established engineering units in Chandigarh (India) and Dubai (UAE)
Excellent control of our project portfolio was a key element to the successful divestment of the business from
Northrop Grumman to Indra Sistemas in 2012.

As Director Product Management, I was tasked to establish an organisation element covering a gap disclosed after the
transition from a product oriented to a functional organisation. Thegroup contained 12 of the most experienced resources
from Business Development, Product Development and Sales Support from thedifferent product groups. In addition to being
responsible for theCompany’s overall strategy, responsibilities was strengthening theinteraction between markets, product
development, operations and sales.

2. Director Communication, 12.2005 – 04.2008
As Director Communication, I was responsible for one of tree product divisions within the company. Each division was set
up with Sales, R&D, Operation and Services. TheCommunication division signed a number of contracts in the range of 40 to
350 MNok in 2005 – 2006. Focus in this period was the delivery of these projects on time, budget and customer expectations.
The division contained 35 fixed employees and 15 to 20 temporary hired resources.

Delivered a safety critical nationwide voice communication systemfor the entire UK airspace on time

01.2001 – 11.2005 Managing Director, Zenitel
As a leading provider in Critical Communications over IP, Zenitel is the proven and preferred audio and data
communication choice for environments that require the protection of human life, property, assets and/or the management of
critical activities.
As Country Manager and Managing Director for Zenitel Wireless Norway, I was P&L responsible for theNorwegian entity.
Key responsibilities were Business Development, Sales and Deliveries of mission critical products and services from major
international companies like Motorolato the Norwegian market. Focus in this period was to position Motorolaas supplier of
the new nationwide TETRA Public Safety network in Norway. Thesystems, products and services offered were within the
areas Public Safety, Oil & Gas, Shipping, Utilities and Transport. A key element to thesuccess of this business was
establishing and maintaining a competent partner network in country. I also took the responsibility as Managing Director in
Zenitel Radioteknik AB in Sweden from 2003. This unit developed and delivered radio equipment for confined areas to all
Zenitel entities in addition to serve Sweden as a country office.
Major achievements:
Met or over performed P&L budget 4 out of 5 years
Contributed to Motorola’s position ending up as the supplier of thenationwide Public Safety network in Norway
Streamlined and optimized a tree channel sales route to the Norwegian market

01.1996 – 12.2000 Managing Director, MultiQ
MultiQ are the market leading Digital Signage provider in the Northern Europe. Our solutions are available in many
segments, such as banking, retail, industry, transportation, government and the gaming market. Our priority application
areas are public environments, where many people are gathered and require an efficient communication solution.
MultiQ has more than 25 years of experience within the monitor market. We are proud of our Scandinavian designed, robust
and long lifetime monitors that also may be tailored according to our customer needs and requirements. Before acquired by
MultiQ AB in 2000, MultiQ AS was a private owned company operating under the name VisIT AS and Ergonomic Office
Systems AS.
After restructuring thedisplay business in Tandberg Data, thesales and marketing part of the company was continued as
Ergonomic Office Systems with Swedish owners for a short while until I took the initiative for a Management Buy Out. After
the MBO, I continued as Managing Director with focus on establishing thenew company, VisIT AS, through strategic
planning, business development and financing of the company. The business was based on buying quality products from
strategic partners in Japan and sell it to the Scandinavian market under the brand name Tandberg Display, which we owned.
Building up a professional and competent dealer network in our markets was key to our success. At this point, I took the
initiative to find strategic partners to support growth of the business. This initiative led to the divestment of VisIT to the
Swedish Public listed company MultiQ in 2000.
Major achievements:
Got the ownership to the Brand name Tandberg Data Display
Established a broad range of shareholders representing key competencies to thecompany
Built a market share of 25% of the Norwegian market for LCD computer displays in 1999

3. 07.1984 – 12.1995 Managing Director, Tandberg Data Display
A global leading, innovative provider of computer Display and Data Storage products roseup from the ashes of the
Tandberg bankruptcy in 1978.
After being Managing Director for Tandberg Data’s Swedish subsidiary since 1994, I ended up being Managing Director for
Tandberg Data’s Display division in 1996. Themarket situation for display products weretotally changed over the previous
years and restructuring of the company was overdue. I was responsibleand driving force for the divestment of parts of the
business. In theperiod between being Product Manager and Managing Director for our Swedish operations, I hold a position
as Business Development & Marketing Manager. As Product Manager for Terminal products in Tandberg Data, I was
responsible for thedevelopment of a new generation of terminal products replacing the company’s volume product (50.000
units pr year). The program was large and complex involving all disciplines in the company including market introduction.
There was an absolute dead line for going into production due to obsolescence of critical components. Before becoming a
Product Manager, I worked as SW developer and line manager within SW development.

Performed so well that I was promoted to new demanding positions year by year
Successfully run a project replacing the volume product (50.000 units pr year) in time to keep the production
running
