 Accurate and effective data entry and analysis skills;

Major accountabilities of the position
• Provide professional client service
• Provide advice that is consistent with Monash policies and procedures
• Capture, upload, assess and provide feedback on applications in accordance with
Admissions service level agreements as well as Monash Admissions Policy

• Work collaboratively with all teams
• Coordinate large mail-outs
• Ensure data accuracy by performing regular data audits
• Provide application support to International and Domestic
Key result areas
• Provide accurate, complete and timely advice (direct, phone, e-mail, written) to
prospective and current students and staff that is consistent with University and
School policies and procedures
INITIAL
• Conduct and/or participate in reviews of processes, documentation and service
delivery and make recommendations for improvements to student service
operations
• Assist in the resolution of disputes
• Capture and record applications, forms and requests, as required
• Work collaboratively with all teams and groups
• Attend to large-scale mail-outs to students
• Perform admissions data audits to ensure accuracy of student records
• A tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience. Applicant without a
tertiary qualification but with extensive experience and specialist expertise in the key
selection responsibilities may also be considered.
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills for interaction with student
and staff at all levels across a wide range of areas.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the recording of student records.
• A high level of proficiency in computer usage, including Word, Excel and other
Windows operating systems as well as student and other administration systems, eg
Callista.
• Aility to work well within a team under stressful seasonal load
• Knowledge of National Qualifications Framework and Umalusi will be advantageous
