Hi Raghu,
I just wanted to pass on some personal feedback about recent changes in Emrill.
Regarding Dami,
I have really enjoyed working with Dami over the last couple of weeks. His calm and efficient nature has made my job so much
easier.
All requests are completed and if there is confusion or unclarity Dami makes sure the job request is clear before cascading it
to his staff.
If there ever are mistakes or confusion Dami is very quick to find the reasons without pointing the finger or making excuses.
I also appreciate the way he treats his own staff. He is always gentle, clear but still firm.
It is very important to be polite, calm and subtle at a venue like Dubai Opera and Dami achieves all this.
Dubai Opera is still a building that is a work-in-progress and it is wonderful to have someone in Dami’s position that can grow
and move with all the changes thrown at him. Please keep Dami with us.
