I have spent my career seeking out smart organizations and smart people who will increase my exposure to new ideas and continually push me to be better. This has led to broad experiences - from the auto industry, to research and consulting, to culture change and training and development - all which have rounded out my ability to think differently. I have found that my past experiences inform my current work, regardless of the specific industry.
