My passion is AI that empowers empathetic interaction, revealing deeper and hidden meaning in the digital age of miscommunication.
I’m an entrepreneur, computer engineer and experienced research scientist, with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence (AI). My academic research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is balanced with industry experience, having worked with the SRI team that developed Apple’s Siri, and then Recordsure, analysing human voice. I’ve published more than 50 publications, and a book on text analytics, cited over 1600 times.
I used my passion for AI, especially NLP, to create Sentient Machines and help humans become better communicators.
