• If the error has not been seen for a default notification is sent to an email
• Ask support person on what to do with the alert
• Send notification mail with all relevant information to support so they have a chance to
investigate what is going on
• Learn about the error and how it can be identified
• Figure out why the error happened
• What can be done
• Update mapping, correct Channel or ..
• Inform relevant party about the action
• Document what should be done next time the error occurs. It can take some
time to get transport on mapping fixed.
