Here I have to provide advice and guidance related to my areas of responsibility to external
contacts/stakeholders in order to build effective relationshipsand to ensure advice is actioned in a way whic h
achieves the required outcome.
I must also take responsibility for ensuring the most efficient use of both my own and others' time, by
planning ahead, negotiating resource with colleagues and contributing information on resource and effort
usage to relevant management information arrangements.
As well as leading, planning and contributing to the delivery of workstreams to agreed outcomes, deadlines

There was strong emphasis on health and safety, customer care and satisfaction. I learnt about working
together with a team and also by myself. I had to use my initiativeto handle stressful situations in busy times.

Developed my customer service skills so that I could aid the customer in the best way, helping customers to
feel more comfortable when purchasing goods in the store.
