About People's Prep Charter School
People’s Prep’s mission is to prepare all
of its students to graduate from the
college of their choice as informed,
involved, and resilient citizens. Since
2011, People’s Prep has provided a
high-performing, college-preparatory
high school for Newark students and
their families. The school is committed to

and to working alongside its students

Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Away and students from People's Prep Charter
School participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new
product or service that makes travel easy for youth. Volunteers coached students in
various departments before helping them pitch to judges for a cash prize.
