Break D
        anc e
●
It is a dance that combines a series of
       movements aerobic and rhythmic,
       influenced from aboriginal dances,
       martial arts, gymnastics, and the
funk. The list of the movements is
       enormous and needs great
       dedication and discipline to be
       carried out.
●
The movements of the B-boying can
qualify in 4 branches: style or Top
      Rocking (dance of above), footwork
or colts (work of feet), power
      moves (movements of power) and
      freeze (frozen).
Principal movements
Top rocking
●
    Top Rocking, Up-Rocking or
Style is to follow the pace of
      the music and base moves
itself to some steps and pre-
      established exercises what
turns it into a very difficult
      part. A good style becomes
      very difficult to obtain, is
      necessary to have discipline
      and passion great, it is
      necessary to emphasize that
      in the toprocking the hands
      form a very important part
put to that they modify the
      style.
Footworks or footmoves
              ●
                  Footworks or colts, They are
the steps of dance that are
done in the soil by the hands
                    and feet. The simplest steps
                    support the majority of the
weight in the feet and most
                    complicated in the knees and
                    arms In the footwork the
                    creativity is very important
                    every bboy has his own
                    footworks
Power moves
Powermoves: Often they are very
difficult and spectacular movements
that need enough physical capacity and
control of the body. This style of
breakdance is based on constant
movements where there is applied force,
drafts, balance or speed. Some of them
are the Windmill, Munchmill, Flares,
Airflares, Halos
Freezes
Freezes: They are the movements in
which the B-boy "freezes" during a
moment to the pace of the music. Also
they are of the most difficult, need
especially I balance and extent of
      movement. The air freezes exist
(airfreezes) which the still body is kept
      in the air .
