---What do you mean by a game of two halves?---
The first half was spent at Sainsbury's Head Office for 12 years, working my way through the buying team to finally managing a billion pound area as a Category Manager.
The second half was starting my own business because I wanted to help supermarkets and their suppliers work better together.
