Falsified Medicine Directive Medical Devices Directive
Directive 2011/62/EU2 (Falsified Medicines Directive)
to amend Directive 2001/83/EC3.
Effective from February 2019.
The Medical Devices (MD) sector is regulated by
Directives 93/42/EC and 90/385/EEC.
From 26 May 2020, new Regulation 2017/745/EU
will fully apply.
