Responses to this
question are divided
into three categories:
Promoters (given a rating of 9-10)
Passives (given a rating of 7-8)
Detractors (given a rating of 0-6)
NPS = % of Detractors - % of Promoters
This score is based on a survey put on by a third
party called Inavero. Inavero is a market research
firm that deploys and analyzes satisfaction surveys
from more than 500,000 clients and employees each
year.
