3. THE GREEN BUFFALO HEMP INSTITUTE
The Green Buffalo Hemp Institute is a training and development
farm designed to create career opportunities through an entrepre-
neurial farming-franchisee program that will eventually include or-
ganic vegetables, nuts, fruits, honey, and eggs; while fully utilizing
our patent pending process to create a Whole Hemp Capsule to
help our customers up-regulate their bio-systems, so as to provide
homeostasis and encourage an optimal whole-body performance.
The Green Buffalo Hemp Institute will be conducting marketing re-
search pertaining to the farming of certified hemp seeds for the pur-
poses of: 1) using hemp as an organic cover-crop to reduce the
need for inputs, 2) using hemp as an organic method for topsoil reju-
venation, 3) using hemp as a nutritional animal supplement for live-
stock, 4) using hemp for food grade whole-hemp capsules, 5) and
using hemp seeds for food grade products in our everyday lives.
2
The Green Buffalo Hemp Institute will be operating out
of Eastern Oregon within the Grande Ronde Valley.
4. Due to the overwhelming environmental factors, our bodies and
minds are consistently stressed with anxiety and harmful toxins. The
Green Buffalo Estates 'Organically Grown - Whole Hemp Capsules'
will help people fight-off those harmful effects via the up-regulation
of the endocannabinoid immune system. And the Green Buffalo Es-
tates 'Organically Grown - Whole Hemp Capsules' will be the high-
est quality food-grade capsules on the market.
During the startup phase, Green Buffalo Estates will be focusing on
establishing a high quality brand of whole hemp capsules via our
‘Brand Ambassador Relationship Stratagem’. Thusly, the Green Buf-
falo Estates ‘Whole Hemp Capsules’ will be packaged for public con-
sumption. And the Green Buffalo Hemp Institute will be studying the
growth of the plant under a variety of watering, planting, and soil con-
ditions; and for the purpose of selling the seeds to our farmers.

6. Enterprise Hemp Farm
The management needed to obtain the indicated
yields of the various crops depends on the kind of soil
and the crop.
Management can include drainage, erosion
control, and protection from flooding; the
proper planting and seeding rates; suitable
high-yielding crop varieties; appropriate and
timely tillage; control of weeds, plant dis-
eases, and harmful insects; favorable soil
reaction and optimum levels of nitrogen,
phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements
for each crop; effective use of crop residue,
barnyard manure, and green manure crops;
and harvesting that ensures the smallest pos-
sible loss.
The estimated yields reflect the productive
capacity of each soil for the selected crop.
Yields are likely to increase as new produc-
tion technology is developed. The productiv-
ity of a given soil compared with that of other
soils, however, is not likely to change.

15. OUR PRICING STRATAGEM
Since the home DIY pill-maker can make a capsule for about $1.50
each, and since the current retail price for CBD and THC capsules
ranges anywhere from $2 to $5 a capsule, Green Buffalo Estates
must be able to garner a retail price of $1.00 a capsule (with a bulk
wholesale price approximation at $0.35 cents per capsule). This will
enable the Green Buffalo Estates brand to maintain marketplace
dominance, and create a sizable barrier to entry; so as to prevent
corporate conglomerates from entering this burgeoning market-
place, and pricing the pills too low for small businesses to compete.
Remember, Green Buffalo Estates is a brand. So that means every
farmer-franchisee must pay a licensing fee (3%) to the C-corporation
so they can use the Green Buffalo Estates brand name. And the
farmer-franchisee must also pay a 5% management fee that is
shared with the Regional Manager (1.75%), one of the two Corpo-
rate ‘Super’-Regional Managers (0.25%), and the Corporate Manage-
ment Company (3%) for their business format franchising services
(within the United States).
14
Adam Dunn of THSeeds will be providing the
Hemp Seed at $6 a pound.
16. Our Hemp ‘Cigarette Replacement Therapy’ will be
sold through the Charity for the purposes of fund-
ing the Affordable Housing Developments.
The ‘state-designated regional-managers’ will be located in the
various states that have legalized medical and/or recreational
marijuana use. There are currently 17 states split between the
eastern and western ‘super-regions’ of the United States.
This means there will eventually be two super-regional managers
that oversee each of the eastern and western ‘cannabis oriented
operations’ for the United States of America. So when the time
comes, these two super-regional managers will receive a 0.25%
management fee (plus a base salary and travel expenses).
Please remember, we are building a relationship-marketing strat-
egy within a total-quality-management ‘systems engineering’
stratagem.

The endocannabinoid system is an intricate network
of endocannabinoids, their receptors, and the associ-
ated enzymes; and all play critical roles in maintaining
the body’s homeostasis.
The endocannabinoid systesm (ECS) has been impli-
cated in a broad spectrum of conditions ranging from
appetite regulation to cancer. Recently, evidence is
emerging that demonstrates the involvement of the
ECS in modulating several developmental disorders
(such as epilepsy).
Cannabinoids have been shown to exhibit several bio-
logical actions including: anticonvulsive, sedative, hyp-
notic, antipsychotic, anti‐inflammatory and neuropro-
tective properties.
Patients and Caregivers must learn to take ad-
vantage of the vast number of cannabis strains
that are available, and determine which is the
most effective for their purposes.
The goal is to first determine which strain works
for a particular patient, then characterize that
strain in terms of composition and pharmacol-
ogy, then manufacture the strains that are most
effective for the patients at large.

New WALGREENS in Portland, Oregon. Wal-
greens is relocating to the high-traffic intersection
of NE 181st & Glisan St. New 20-year primary
term.
This Walgreens is on one of the busiest corners
on Portland's Eastside, the intersection of 181st &
Glisan serves a huge residential base, with over
135,000 residents within a 3-mile radius.
NE 181st Ave is one of the main N/S arteries bor-
dering the communities of Portland and Gresham,
with a full-movement interchange to I-84 just north
of the subject site. NE Glisan Street is a substan-
tial E/W artery running from the Willamette River
out to Gresham, Wood Village and Troutdale.
The plan is to transform the current Wal-
greens into a modern clinic-spa, with a
high-volume, low-price, dispensary.
The clinic spa would have micro-tribe physi-
cal rehab workouts, with a yoga-pilates stu-
dio, as well as a hydrotherapy pool and
steam bath.

21. EXPANSION PLANS
The Green Buffalo Hemp Institute will be operating hemp farms in
Oregon state. And these initial farms will act as our major public-
private research facilities, where will be planting our certified hemp
seed that has less than 0.3% THC and approximately 15% CBD.
Various Cannabis Sativa Hemp Seeds will also be planted and stud-
ied, then harvested and processed into our TWO main commercial
products: Whole-Hemp Capsules, and our Hemp Cigarettes (to be
sold as a cigarette replacement therapy). In addition, a large portion
of the hemp seeds will be reserved for our future hemp farmers.
So, the first year of operation will focus on the Hemp Farming Pro-
gram. Where we intend on working with Easter Oregon University
for the various Hemp Research Programs, while proving the efficacy
of our hemp topsoil rejuvenation program, and the efficacy of our ani-
mal supplement program.
Starting year two, we will branch out into the small business organic
farming systems, which will then lead us into phase three, which is
the opening of the Green Buffalo School of Hospitality Business (by
taking-over Portland’s ‘Le Cordon Bleu’ lease in September of 2017).
20
If we sell 40% of the 900 planted acres of Hemp,
InfinityHEI will garner an Annual Rate of Return
(ARR) of $55M.
22. I simply ask you to remember, that we are building a self-
governing system, to help transform the world...
And this is where we train and educate
our future franchisees. For while entre-
preneurs are born, effective leaders are
built. Meaning, we graduate our stu-
dents into an enlightened framework (our
franchisee system) so they can lead their
own tribal businesses SUCCESSFULLY.
And to help support our graduates (and
our franchisees), we will be creating a
‘Cooperative Village Farming Program’
that will produce much of the organic
foods to be sold throughout the network.
The initial focus, for the cultivation of a
strong and flexible network, will be on de-
veloping regional managing partners, as
well as training our franchisee-farmers,
for the purpose of maintaining an Anti-
Fragile System, that can readily adapt to
an ever-changing environment.
This will be accomplished through a sys-
tems engineering program that gener-
ates a diversity of regional ‘flavors’ re-
garding our Hemp and THC blended
products (the cash crop that subsidizes
the entire system); as well as an organic
permaculture farming program that in-
cludes: pasture-raised eggs, hemp-
honey; and various nuts, fruits and vege-
tables (thus supporting our network with
wholesome organic foods).
So while Cannabis-Hemp is the blood
the creates life, Education is the heart
that makes life evolve. This means that
Green Buffalo Estates will be co-creating
a Technical College, AND operating a
Resort-Spa in Portland Oregon, so our
Franchisees can be properly educated
in the service industry; while also becom-
ing experts in Enterprise Leadership,
AND in self-healing methodologies (neu-
rological rehabilitation). While also evolv-
ing the Ecological Tourism Synergies, of
the Pacific Northwest.
21
23. THE EDUCATIONAL PARADIGM
As things stand now, our higher education system compartmental-
izes the interrelated subject matter into redundant fundamentals for
the purpose of ‘rote memorization’, rather than for the purpose of cre-
ating autonomous and virtuous graduates that can lead their own
business ventures in a successful manner.
Then, to compound this madness, higher education creates an anti-
quated culture that selectively inbreeds the professorial staff (with no
entrepreneurial knowledge), while creating an administrative pay-
day for bureaucrats who try to ‘manage’ this broken system.
So to fix the system, we must create core requirement modules that
teach cutting edge practices. And we must do so for an educa-
tional product that is both evolving and consistent.
This means we need to create an innovative step-program that helps
prepare our students by advancing their entrepreneurial desires,
while creating a transitional system within the existing framework.

24. “Graduate Into Your Own Business”
The Green Buffalo
School of Hospitality Business
600 SW 10th Avenue, Portland Oregon
IN SUMMARY
This cutting-edge educational program is an advanced business
leadership training school, that integrates with other institutions,
to co-create a transformative educational experience that gradu-
ates our students into their own business venture.
But before our graduates can apply their tuition to a franchise
fee, or before the students can pitch for venture capital, they
must complete their fifth year. During Year Five, the student must
take a two-semester, sixteen credit-hour capstone course; as well
as finish up their Business Minor. The capstone course is the
Authentic Leadership Development course that focuses on Hospi-
tality and Social Enterprises (online now).
Finally, our program development utilizes three streams:
i. independent online learning
ii. classroom debate of case studies
iii. guided lab-work sessions
So to successfully execute the ‘three stream’ system, we must re-
form the way classes are taught. We must have the Program Di-
rectors teach the online portion of the class, while also creating
the content for the various concentrations (chef casual, fast cas-
23
25. ual, retail, farming, physical therapy, etc.).
This means that the discussion-debate part
of the course is taught by our specialized
instructor-teachers, who then teach the
business fundamentals that apply to all.
These instructor-teachers will be using vari-
ous case studies to explore those founda-
tional elements, while helping customize
the independent online learning modules
for the various Hospitality Business Concen-
trations (taught by the Program Directors).

developing this Social Purpose Enter-
prise since I was fifteen years old. I am
now 45 years old and the systems engi-

achieve the social mission of providing
organically grown food and medicine to
‘the people’.

26. PORTLAND START-UP OFFICES
The “Start-up Headquarters” is located near our Host
Hotel, and will be the major hub for the School of Hos-
pitality startup campaign.
This Hospitality Suite is tucked in the heart of the only
Jantzen Beach neighborhood, with grand open
spaces, a riverside view, and a marina.
The Green Buffalo School of Hospitality will
transform hospitality education,by incorporating
physical and neurological rehabilitation into the
educational paradigm.
You see, empathy is the key to effective hospital-
ity, and young people no longer have real life
experiences, so they have no empathy.
By incorporating neurological/physical rehabilita-
tion into the hospitality concentrations, we can
help people empathize with others, because
they will work with the injured, 1 on 1.
And by incorporating Cannabis-Hemp produc-
tion into our Green Buffalo Farming Program,
we help transform our food system, by making
our food our medicine.

LODGING
DORMITORY
PHASE 4
29. Phase 4 of the expansion plan is to open the Green Buffalo Resort in
Portland Oregon. The Green Buffalo Resort will be our main hotel
lodging and dormitory facility, that is anchored by a rehabilitation
spa, and by a cutting-edge neurological rehabilitation clinic. A por-
tion of the rooms are allocated as dormitories for our student-
workers, with the rest of the rooms allocated for our resort guests.
The Green Buffalo Resort and Spa will provide a comprehensive
physical therapy program for our guests. A program that includes
spa services, facilitated physical fitness, wellness education, healthy
cuisine, and special interest programming.
• Please be aware that ‘Physical Therapy’ is a physical medi-
cine and rehabilitation specialty that remediates impairments
and promotes mobility, function, and quality of life through ex-
amination, diagnosis, prognosis, and physical intervention; to
be carried out by our specialized physical therapists.
In addition to the Resort-Spa’s physical therapy practice, the Green
Buffalo Hemp Institute will be researching the efficacy of our hemp
capsules, educating our guests about hemp, consulting with other
rehab clinics, while managing the lab facility that utilizes our MRI
scanning equipment, for our cutting-edge hemp research.
28
Our Hydrotherapy Pool is located near:
- the Luxury Spa
- the Physical Rehabilitation Clinic,
- the Yoga-Pilates Studio,
- the Bike Studio, and the Gym Facility.
30. A small portion of our Physical Rehab Clinic
Now that you have a broad grasp of ‘Phase 4’, I think it wise to ex-
pound further upon what our physical therapists (trainees and
trainers) will be doing:
Our physical therapists will attain the guest’s individual his-
tory, along with a physical examination, to arrive at a diagno-
sis and establish a management plan; and, when neces-
sary, incorporate the results of laboratory and imaging stud-
ies like CT-scans, and MRI findings. Electrodiagnostic test-
ing (electromyograms and nerve conduction velocity test-
ing) may also be used to help evaluate the guest.
In addition, our Physical Therapists are trained to work with
individuals to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by
developing fitness and wellness-oriented programs for our
guests, so they can have a healthier and more active life-
styles. This includes providing therapeutic treatment in cir-
cumstances where movement and function are threatened
by aging, injury, disease or environmental factors.
Again, please understand that physical therapy is a professional
career which has many specialties; including sports, neurology,
wound care, EMG, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, orthopedic and
pediatrics. However, because of our Cannabis-Hemp products,
Neurological Rehabilitation will be our main focus.
Now, let’s finish this physical therapy summary with our holistic
rehabilitation program, of which physical and neurological ther-
apy, are part...
29
31. RESORT-SPA PRESCRIPTION
Thee holistic recovery triad consists of
DIET, SERVICE, and CANNABIS. And this
means, as you can probably surmise, that
you will have to change your diet to a more
plant based diet, you will have to embrace
serving others effectively, and you must in-
gest cannabis on a daily basis to help co-
create homeostasis within your body.
What's that saying? No pain, no gain? Or is
it; if you ain't walking on the edge, then you
are taking up too much darn room! Either
way, the higher purpose of this innovative
spa program, is to help us ALL self-heal by
helping each earthly citizen become a so-
cial justice advocate.
And this will entail YOU, our guest, doing a
lot of self-analysis, while sharing your story
so others can embrace their empathy,
while also learning how to become more
compassionate (or effectively kind).
And this is all for the purpose of ‘healing
the space’ THROUGH our desire for open-
reconciliation, self-forgiveness, and
compassionate-confrontation.
