Looking for a Staff Accounting Management position with a company that can apply administrative
experience and an education in accounting to support executives.I am dedicated and focused who excels
above and beyond to get my job completed. I am result-driven, meticulous, proactive, independent,

which deals with all areas of finance, including cash flow management, forecasting and budgeting and
economic principles. Furthermore I am experience with the accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with

Experience in management and operational issues. Oversee all financial operations and structure.
Knowledge in all areas of finance, including accounting cycle, audit, cash flow management, and
budgeting. Manage all payroll functions for all operational site and administrative site. Created and
implemented financial polices when there was none by develop, implement, and maintain accounting
and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial

PAYROLL-ACCOUNTING CLERK STAFF-BRAZOSPORT REGIONAL HOSPITAL — 2014-

Performed accounting such as AP, AR, bank reconciliation and assist with yearly audit. Assist with
payroll in reviewing and calculating employee time sheets,data entry ofpayroll and related information,
provide clerical, bookkeeping and payroll support also was cross-trained on assisting SeniorAccountant
in audit and other duties as needed. Payroll system used Labor Works & Navigator. Able to handle
heavy volume of work on a day-to-day basis and work under pressure. Knowledge of regulatory
requirements of processing and payroll and accounting transactions.This was a temporary position.

Focus on staffing and talent acquisition, on boarding, succession planning, performance management,

vendors at all levels of the organization. Process payroll with additional tasks as released to other

Responsibility for day to day oversight of the laboratory operations and personneltesting and reporting
