on one’s education, quality or background rather it depends on some other traits
which are more important than that.

Dream has its unique power, you can achieve what you can dream. Dream is the
ultimate sketch of your success. The biggest strength of successful people are, they can
dream of their success, visualize it and get pleasure from it without having its physical
presence. Even at the worst situation they can imagine their success which inspires
them to move forward and keep going.
