The ISO settingona digital cameracan be usedinmultipleormanywaysto take inspiringand
fascinatingphotographsthatpeoplewillenjoytolookat;onthe internetetc.The ISOsettingona digital
camera isalsoall to do about sensitivitytowardsdaylight,moonlightetc. The ISOisalsoone of the most
importantdigital settingsfollowedbyAperture andShutterSpeed andthe ISOhasto be adjusted
dependingonthe lightinginthe roomor whetherif youare inside oroutside.Howeverthe ISOona
digital cameracan sometimesbe verydifficulttouse because itisable todismal functionaphotograph
due to digital noise thatitmayor maynot pickup dependingonwhatthe ISO numberissettoo.
BelowIam goingto showa seriesof six imagesthatdemonstrate me flickingthroughthe various
amountof numbersthatI can setit too whichare,100, 200, 400, 800, 1600 and 3200. AsI lookand
brieflyexplainthese six imagesIamguaranteedtosee a difference of iteithergettingeitherdarkeror
lighter.FromthisitshouldshowthatI am able to use yetanothersettingonthe digital camerawell and
efficientlytotake highqualityphotographs.Pleaselookbelow tosee myseriesof six imagesthatI
successfully tookof mymodel;
The picture above isthe firstphotoI managedtotake while flickingthroughoutthe ISOsettingsand
whenI tookthisphotographthe ISOsettingwason a total numberof 100 and thison the otherhand
meansitis lesssensitive tolightdue tothe low ISOnumber.

2. The picture above showsthe secondphotoof the day I took of my model.WhenIwastakingthisphotoI
adjustedthe ISOnumbertoa total amountof 200. In comparisontothe last to the lastphotographI can
see the photographisa bit lighterbecause itisabit more sensitivetowardsthe lightinthe hall way.

3. Thirdlythe picture above isnowthe thirdphotoI took inthe day, andwhenI wastalkingthis
photographI adjustedthe ISOnumbertoa total amount of 400. From thisI can now see thatthe image
has become more sensitive towardsthe lightandnow the photographisslightlymore balancedsoyou
can see my model inalot more detail.

4. Thispicture above isa photographI tookwiththe ISO numberadjustedtoa total amountof 800. In
comparisontothe lastimage I tookit hasbecome a lotbrighteronce againso you can see thingsin
more detail because itismore sensitive towardsthe light.Ialsobelievethatthiswasthe correct ISO
numberto shootonif I wastakingphotographswithinthe college.

5. Thispicture above hasagain become evenbrighter,mainlybecause Ihave doubledthe ISOnumberfrom
800 to 1600. From thisI can see that everythinghasbecome brighteraroundmymodel asthe digital
camera I tookphotowithismore sensitive towardsthe light.

6. The picture above isthe lastimage I tookof the day,and formy last image Iagain double the ISO
numberto a total of 3200 doublingitfrom1600. The 3200 ISOnumberisalsothe thirdhighestISO
numberI couldgo to onmy digital cameraandfrom thisI can now tell if I wouldhave continuedto
adjustthe numberevenhigherthe image willshow quite alotof digital noise due tohow sensitive the
camera wouldhave become.
In myconclusionIbelieve thatthe ISOnumbershouldbe frequentlyadjusteddependingonwhere you
are takingphotographsasan example if Iwouldhave takenaphotooutside withthe sunlightbeaming
downon a highISO numberitismore than likelyIamgoingto gathera dysfunctionalimage where Imay
virtuallysee nothingdue tohowsensitiveitistolight.ButI also believe the ISOnumbercanbe adjusted
to take highqualityphotographsbecause thisagainisareallymainsettingonthe digital camera
followedbythe Aperture (F-Stop) andShutterSpeedorExposure Time.
