• Involved with functional HR team doing assessment,design and configuration for migration from
Canadian legacysystem,to the implementation ofPeopleSoft HCM v9.1 system.This included
organizing,reporting and coordinating the balance of resource loads,testing,defectresolution and
schedules.
• Wrote requirements and functional/Technical design specs for 4 custom reports and 1 payroll
interface.

• Conductretrofit analysis for PeopleSoft HCM upgrade projectfrom version 8.8 to 9.0.

• Led a testing team compose of 7 resources that supports 10 different applications. PeopleSoft as the
primary platform tested integrated to different application tool such as Oracle Forms, JAVA, BPEL,
ImageNow,etc.
• Conduct functional analysis and create system integration test approach for the upgrade,
implementation and enhancementprojects.
• Manage testscriptcreation and executions thru the HP Quality Center tool.
• Manage release schedules and proper planning of Major and Maintenance release which impacts

• Enhanced existing PeopleSoftapplication and created fixes for identified bugs,which resulted to the
reduction of production issues.
