6. When kids are hungry… If kids are hungry you need to put food on the table ASAP. The more time you spend the more stressful it gets. It is critical to have some ‘emergency’ recipes and ingredients for those moments. We sometimes have frozen food we have cooked before that can be warmed up for those cases.
