I have long believed that access to telecommunications is a fundamental right, which is why we started the Yate back in 2004. Lately I've have turned my attention toward Mobile Networks, working on projects like www.YateBTS.com and www.Yate.ro Unifed Core Network. My vision is to reduce operator costs with networks based on commodity hardware and flexible software, an approach we call #SDMN (software-defined mobile networking).
