My 2020 super
prediction
Organizations continue to restructure themselves – spurred
on (in part) through digital workplace innovation
A cautious "yes".
Yes, restructuring has been happening at business unit and regional levels but less so
at the organization-wide level – so far.
For example, offline retailers created new online divisions and teams in
weeks, and banks deployed sales teams as “customer listening” groups, but the
drivers were more primal than due to "innovation".
More to come on this in 2021 as restructuring for innovation comes to the fore.
